Childcare is available for children ages 4 and under beginning at 10:20 am. Children through age 11 will be dismissed to go upstairs for "Kid’s Zone" following the worship and prayer.

  • THE GATHERING - Wednesdays from 7 - 8:30 pm in the Life Center.
  • SERVE DAY - Fri., March 12. Ever want to be Jesus to someone? If yes, then here is your opportunity. The youth are teaming up with the Night of Hope ministry run by Cindy Martin. We’ll meet at the church at 5:30 pm. The night will include games, serving food and offering spiritual guidance to anyone in need. The evening will end around 8:30 pm. Come join us for this reach out ministry.
  • INVASION @ THE ELLIS’ - SUNDAY, MARCH 21 AFTER CHURCH! Join us for a time of fellowship as we invade Chuck & Kim’s home! Christine willbe bringing the devotional. The fun will end at 5 pm. Bring your friends!
  • EASTER SUNDAY - APRIL 4! Mark your calendar and invite your friends to our Easter Celebration Sunday!

SPECIAL PRAYER TIMES: The church is open every Wednesday morning from 6 – 8 am for special prayer.  Join Pastor Denny and Bob Tomlinson Wednesday mornings from 6 - 8 here in the sanctuary for a special time of prayer. We must be ready to give the reason for the hope we have with others!

JOURNEY THROUGH THE BIBLE - study Sunday nights at 6 pm.  It’s never too late to join this study - everyone is invited and child care is provided.  We are almost through the Old Testament and will begin the New Testament in a few weeks. **JOURNEY THROUGH THE BIBLE STUDY cancelled tonight and next
Sunday night due to the Super Bowl game and Valentine’s Day.**

"NIGHT OF HOPE" APARTMENT MINISTRY - "NIGHT OF HOPE" FOOD LIST: On the bulletin board in the hallway is a suggested list of food items to be donated for the Night of Hope Apartment Ministry.  Each month at Night of Hope there are drawings for groceries and we give away several food boxes.  Thanks for your generous donations!

MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY - Saturday, April 3 at the apartment complex in Magnolia where we have "Night of Hope". The men and youth of NLCC will wash and vacuum vehicles for any of the residents. A continental breakfast will be provided. Invitations to our Easter service will also be distributed to each family in the apartments. Watch for further details.

ANNUAL CHURCH MEETING - NEXT SUNDAY, MARCH 14. Everyone is encouraged to stay for approximately 30 minutes after church for our annual church meeting. Several leaders will give brief reports on ministries and church members will elect board members for the new 2010-2011 year.

WELCOME NEW MEMBERS - We will be taking several people into membership at New Life Community next Sunday, March 14 during the morning worship service.

MEN’S FRATERNITY - this Saturday, March 13 at 8:00 am in the Life Center. Following a delicious homemade breakfast, there will be a devotional and time of sharing & accountability. All men & boys are invited - bring someone with you! For any guys who can stay for 1 ½ hours afterwards, we will do some light maintenance on our buildings, changing out light bulbs, yard work, etc.

EASTER CELEBRATION SUNDAY - APRIL 4! There will be a Continental Breakfast provided for everyone and an Easter Egg Hunt for the children beginning at 9:45 am, followed by our Celebration worship service at 10:30 am. Invite your family and friends to this awesome Sunday as we celebrate our risen Lord together.

BOARD MEETING - The newly elected board will have it’s first meeting Sunday, March 21, following the morning service.
